OUR POLICY

Check-in:

We would like to start your services on time. Please, arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time for checking-in and choosing services. We understand unexpected things could happen. If you anticipate being late, please kindly inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you but the service will have to be adjusted based on your arrival time.

Deposit:

To secure your appointment, we require a $10 deposit per person. The Deposit will be refunded at the end of services or deducted from final bill.

Payment:

Children:

We love children and we have children, but due to safety precautions, only children receiving a service are permitted in the salon. We cannot serve children under 3 years old. Children need to be attended by adults at all times.

Cancellations:

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling us. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment.

However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.

Gift Cards:

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Additionally, Nail Bar-the Colony is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.

Personal Items:

Nail Bar-The Colony is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.

Nail Enhancement:

All services are used by good quality products and long-lasting polish that we guarantee for seven days. If your gel chips within seven days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Otherwise, all fixing services will be charged after 7 days.
